This service includes:

• Categorization of all transactions as well as reconciliation of all bank, credit card, and electronic payment accounts.

• Standard Reports delivered by the 10th of the month assuming I receive bank statements by the 5th.

• Monthly meeting by phone or video and response to E-mails within 1 business day.

• Quarterly bookkeeping is for very small businesses, and refers to payment schedule. You will still receive reports monthly.

Additional services include:

• Setting up a new QuickBooks Online or Xero file

• Accounts payable and receivable - i.e. bills and invoices

• Payroll (note that I might outsource this or partner with a payroll service)

• Inventory Management

• Classes, job costing, projects and locations in QBO, or category tracking in Xero

• Non-standard reports

• Reports/meetings more often than once a month.

Whether you’ve barely looked at your QBO file in 2025, or you need me to make sure everything from 2020 balances, I can make sure all the bookkeeping backwork is done for taxation and other reporting purposes. Basically, it’s multiple months or years of bookkeeping done at once. I will do a diagnostic review of your books and inform you in detail (likely with a Loom video) what needs to be done. Please note that at this time cleanup can only be done in QBO.

Each year of cleanup should take approximately one month to complete, possibly 6 weeks if it’s especially complicated.

How much do i charge?

That will depend on the size and complexity of your business. Assuming you have 100 transactions per month, 1 business bank account, and 1 business checking account, my minimum is generally $450. If you have fewer transactions than that, I will charge you quarterly. Setup of a new file in QuickBooks Online or Xero is $500.
