This service includes:

• Categorization of all transactions as well as reconciliation of all bank, credit card, and electronic payment accounts

• Standard monthly reports

• Year-end reporting

• Monthly meeting by phone or video

Additional services include:

• Setting up a new QuickBooks Online or Xero file

• Accounts payable and receivable - i.e. bills and invoices

• Payroll

• Receipt Management

• Inventory Management

• Classes, job costing, projects and locations in QBO, or category tracking in Xero

• Customized reports and meeting schedules

Cleanup is multiple months or years of bookkeeping done at once, including clarification of all information and correction of all mistakes. I can make sure all the necessary bookkeeping backwork is done for taxation and other reporting purposes, so you can go forward into the future with confidence and the best information to make business decisions.

I will do a complimentary diagnostic review of your books and inform you in detail (likely with a Loom video) what needs to be done. Please note that at this time cleanup can only be done in QBO.

Each year of cleanup should take approximately one month to complete.

How much do i charge?

That will depend on the size and complexity of your business. Assuming you have 100 transactions per month, 1 business bank account, and 1 business checking account, my minimum is generally $450. If you have fewer transactions than that, I will charge you quarterly. Setup of a new file in QuickBooks Online or Xero is $500.
